We collaborate with your doctors to educate them on their task to document and objectify your medical condition and how you are restricted and limited in performing your job duties. Your treating doctors are very busy attending to their patients; we work with them to reduce their burden of completing endless forms sent by the insurers, often containing hidden objectives to extract information that will substantiate a denial. It takes perseverance and patience to form a bond with your doctor so they do not tire of documenting your restrictions and limitations; we have developed the “secret sauce” peppered with kindness and assistance to get the information we need from your doctors to prove your case.

Insurance companies often attempt to interfere with your doctor’s opinions about your disability, by contacting them by phone and advising that their medical reviewers doubt your disability. This often takes your doctor by surprise, especially, when the insurer writes to your doctor asking them to agree that you are capable of working. Another tactic is sending misleading forms to your doctors to fill out, often the forms ask questions that do not relate at all to your own medical condition, or instruct the doctor that he/she cannot write “no work ability” or the form will be rejected. We extend our services to your doctors, to create the bridge between your genuine medical conditions that disable you, and your doctor’s ability to convey your functional limitations to the insurers to set the record straight.
